Tom Duiker (President) began his sheet metal career in 1981 working for Watson Sheet Metal. He obtained his journeyman ticket in 1985 and his Masters in 1990. He received his welding journeyman ticket in 1991. Tom founded Iron Eagle Sheet Metal in 1993 working from his garage in Delacour, Alberta.
Randy Greenlaw (Vice-President) began his sheet metal career in 1982, also working for Watson Sheet Metal. He obtained his journeyman ticket for sheet metal in 1986, and his journeyman ticket for welding in 1991. In 2002, Randy joined Iron Eagle and has been instrumental in helping the company grow to what it is today.
